The Village of Penn Yan Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) hears appeals from decisions of the Zoning Enforcement Officer and considers applications for area variances and use variances.

The ZBA provides relief from the strict application of the zoning code where unique circumstances cause undue hardship, without undermining the intent of the village's zoning regulations.
