The 2017 Comprehensive Plan and its 2022 Housing Addendum set out specific accountability tasks for the Village — including drafting a stormwater management plan, completing a Circulation/Access/Parking Study, and conducting a Countywide Housing Study, among others. This page will catalog every concrete commitment in the Plan, document its current completion status against the public record, and source each finding.

PennYanCitizens.com is currently compiling this analysis. We will publish the full review on this page when the research is complete. If you have public records that bear on Plan implementation, please contact us.
