About the Assessor
The Town of Milo Tax Assessor is responsible for determining the assessed value of all real property within the town for tax purposes.
The Assessor maintains property records, processes exemption applications, and prepares the annual assessment roll. Property owners who disagree with their assessment may contest it through the formal grievance process.
