Why This Page Exists

PennYanCitizens.com was created to provide residents with clear, organized, and plain-language access to public records, development proposals, fiscal data, and decision-making processes affecting the Village of Penn Yan and the Town of Milo.
Because this work requires sustained time, technical effort, and operating costs, transparency around how the site is funded—and how any funds are used—is essential. This page exists to ensure full public accountability. In the future when we are ready to accept donations to help us develop this Pennyancitizens.com into a fully functional website we will create a full transparency page which will show how every dime donated is spent to develop and maintain this website!
