sustained time, technical effort, and operating costs, transparency
around how the site is funded—and how any funds are used—is essential.

In the future when we are ready to accept donations to help us develop this Pennyancitizens.com into a fully functional website we will create a full transparency page which will show how every dime donated is spent to develop and maintain this website!
